He was the charming bartender, mixing drinks with flair, while she was the fresh-faced trainee, learning the ropes of the floor. Their first encounter? A cheeky quip from him: “You’re so light, you look like you work for colgate!” Instead of a frown, she burst into laughter, and that spark lit up the night.

As the hours ticked by, they swapped stories and shared giggles, a connection blooming amidst the clatter of glasses and hum of the crowd. But the real magic happened at 2 a.m., 2-months later, when her car battery gave up the ghost. Ever the gentleman, he rolled up his sleeves, helped jump-start her ride, and then—because why not?—whisked her off for a late-night ice cream adventure. That sweet gesture melted any lingering awkwardness, and soon, their after-work hangouts became a cherished routine.

Before they knew it, they were unofficially a couple—until the world threw a curveball named COVID. With restrictions tightening, they faced a choice: drift apart or dive in. They chose the latter, bravely moving in together just months into their budding romance. For three months, they navigated lockdowns, laughter, and love under one roof, proving their bond was tougher than any pandemic.

As fate would have it, their hearts aligned beyond romance—they both pursued Occupational Therapy, driven by a shared passion for helping others live their best lives. Through the years, they’ve weathered highs and lows, emerging stronger every time. From strangers exchanging glances across a bar to proud parents of two adorable pups, they’ve built a home, a life, and even a family business together.
